This policy explains how PracticingCraps ("we," "us") handles information when you use practicingcraps.com (the "Service"). It is part of our Terms of Use.

We don't collect payment card details. Donations are handled entirely by Stripe, which processes your payment under Stripe's Privacy Policy. We may receive basic details of the donation (such as amount, date, and your username if you were signed in).
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We also store your game and settings in your browser's local storage so your progress survives a page reload. We don't use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party ad networks.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (Cloudflare for hosting and data storage; Stripe for donations), when required by law or to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale, in which case this policy will continue to apply.
We keep account and game data while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu. This permanently removes your account, saved game, leaderboard entries and share pages from our database. Limited logs may persist briefly in backups or provider systems before they're overwritten.
You can view and update your email and email preferences in the account menu, and delete your account there too. You may also email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor valid requests as required.
The Service is intended only for people 21 and older. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21, and we never knowingly collect it from children under 13. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password.
We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and may notify you on the Service or by email.
