These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of practicingcraps.com and any related pages, features and services (the "Service"), operated by PracticingCraps ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The Service is a simulation provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. It does not offer real-money gambling, and nothing on the Service is a wager, bet, contest, sweepstakes or game of chance for anything of value.
Results on the Service are generated by a random number generator and are for practice only. Past or simulated results do not predict future results, and success on the Service does not mean you will have success at a real casino or with real money. Every real casino bet carries a house edge, and gambling with real money can result in losses. Casino rules, payouts, minimums and procedures vary, and our simulation may differ from any particular casino. Information and tips on the Service are general education, not financial, legal or gambling advice. Any decision to gamble with real money is solely your own, made at your own risk and in compliance with the laws that apply to you.
You must be at least 21 years old, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher, to use the Service. The Service is not directed to anyone under 21. Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, including a valid email address, to keep your password confidential, and to be responsible for activity under your account. One account per person. You may delete your account at any time from the account menu. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, abusive or underage.
Your username, statistics and leaderboard results may be displayed publicly. Share links you create are public to anyone who has the link. At shared tables, your display name, virtual balance and chat messages are visible to other players at that table. Don't use a username or post anything that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing, misleading, or that impersonates another person, and don't share personal information in chat. We may remove content, rename accounts, or remove players from tables at our discretion.
You agree not to: use the Service for any real-money wagering or to facilitate gambling between players; sell, trade or assign value to virtual chips or accounts; manipulate leaderboards or use bots, scripts or exploits; interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; scrape or copy the Service at scale; or use the Service in violation of any law.
Donations are voluntary gifts to support the operation of the Service. A donation does not purchase any goods, services, virtual items, chips, features, rankings or advantage, and does not create any obligation for us to provide or continue the Service. PracticingCraps is not a charity, and donations are not tax-deductible. Donations are processed by Stripe, subject to Stripe's terms; we do not receive or store your full card details. Donations are non-refundable except where required by law; if you believe a donation was made in error, contact us.
The Service, including its software, design, text and graphics, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Game rules for craps are not owned by anyone; casino and product names mentioned on the Service belong to their respective owners.
PracticingCraps is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any casino, casino operator, gaming regulator, or gambling company.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that saved games, statistics or accounts will be preserved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, profits, data or goodwill, including any losses you incur gambling with real money anywhere, arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50).
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or the law.
We may update these Terms, or change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, at any time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and may notify you on the Service or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
