How it works
All Small wins if 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 all roll before a 7, paying 34:1. All Tall is the same for 8 through 12. Make 'Em All needs all ten numbers before a 7 and pays 175:1. You make the bets after a 7, when the tracker is empty.
