In crapless craps, 2, 3, 11 and 12 become points instead of winning or losing on the come-out, and only 7 wins right away. It sounds friendlier, but you lose the 11 as an instant winner and the new points (2, 3, 11, 12) are hard to make. The Pass Line edge jumps from 1.41% to 5.38%.
